I dream of motherhood

Tarja Turunen is into her career with full energy, but she's dreaming of having kids already.

Tarja Turunen's new album was recorded in Hollola, Finland. We were there in winter in the middle of nowhere. The band experienced the enviroment very exotic. Our American drummer was still hanging around there after the recording sessions.

Tarja Turunen's second album What Lies Beneath comes out in Septemper. She's one of the album producers herself.

Right now 33 years old Tarja is concentrating her career, she has thought about having her own children.

-Well at least when my little brother gets a baby, she trifles.

-Well I've thought about that thing from every angle, and the result was that of course I wanna be a mother some day. If God grants.

Mother's and musician's careers together isn't all that simple.

-Everyday life would be different, but it's all up to your own attitude. I believe I could handle it. It would be so wonderful to have a toddler next to me.
